General Meeting May 14th, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 11:35. Sue Richardson led the Club Collect and Pat Chavez led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Pat Chavez gave report on District convention. Eloy will provide the entertainment for the banquet and Lin & Pin’s will be catering. Discussions were had on the convention.
Pat Chavez discussed the State convention with us and encouraged members to attend. She said our club won most of the art and awards given and the International Vice President of the GFWC was very impressed with the work our club had done. She gave out awards.
Members were reminded about rummage sale on Aug. 1st. Please bring Baked items and rummage sale items. Drop off July 31st at Clayton Housing Authority.
Meth Class- May 28th 6-8pm, National Guard Armory.
Meeting adjourned at 12:30.
